The House That Stamps Built: Photo Inspiration

It’s the third Wednesday of the Month and time for The House That Stamps Built photo inspiration challenge.  For January, the design team chose a chilly winter scene.  As with all our challenges, let the photo be your guide and please use your imagination.  For example, just pick out a color, a shape, or even use just one element that you are attracted to.  It’s all about creativity and fun.

Here’s the inspiration chosen by our Rock Stars:

For my card I created a stylized version of the inspiration using only kraft cardstock and white embossing powder. The stamps used are Repeat Impressions stamp, “The Pastor’s House 3308-M” and “Pine Needles Sil 5131-I”.  To finish I added a few gems and popped up the center after I die cut with a rectangle die.
