Send a Smile 4 Kids Challenge: Valentine’s or Love Cards for Kids
Happy New Year! It’s the first Saturday of 2016 and time for a Send a Smile 4 Kids Card Challenge! We are changing things up a little this year on the blog and will have two (2) sponsors instead of the previous three (3). In addition, one of the sponsors will be highlighted by the design team and the other sponsor will be a second party sponsor, offering prizes. What has continued is the generosity of our sponsors who will continue to offer great prizes for our randomly chosen winners.

My card today features “Doodle Pantry’s Valentine Mice” which I colored with Copic Markers. The background is a My Favorite Things background die. I know you don’t often see a aqua colored mouse, but wanted to give a bit of contrast to the traditional love card colors.

This gorgeous flower image from Sami is called, “Pretty Flowers”. I colored them with Copic Markers and used the “Creative Agenda” 6 x 6 Echo Park Collection for the pattern paper. I also used the Simon Says Stamp “vent” die as well as the Lawn Fawn rectangle stitches die. My sentiment is from WPlus9 “Doodle Buds” stamp.
