Technique Junkies Inspiration!
Hello Friends! Today I’m showing off another April release stamp from Technique Junkies. In addition I’d encourage you to come on over to the Technique Junkies Design Team Blog and subscribe so you too can enjoy all the designers inspiration.
Today I’ve made a card using the Technique Junkies April/May 2011 Newsletter called, Blended Blotches. I began by stamping the April Release flower called, “Flourished Floral – #S627” in Archival Black Ink. I then scribbled a few similar colors of Inktense pencils on the background and applied water to move ink. To color the flower, I reversed the process and pulled ink directly from the Inktense Pencils. That way you get really vibrant colors. I finished off my card by adding the Technique Junkies sentiment from, “Things I want to do – #S546″ and splattered some black ink across the card.
I hope you’ve had a chance to check out the new Technique Junkies website. It’s really easy to find what you need now by using the search bar at the top.
Happy Thursday!

LovelyCard! I love those bright colors. I love my inktense pencils but I’m still practicing that method. You obviously have it down because your card is beautiful.
