Exploring Art Journaling 4: Day 3 – Molding Paste & Ink Sprays

Today’s page for Exploring Art Journaling 4; Day 4, was supposed to use molding paste and Dylusion’s Sprays.  I wanted a some sparkle, so I broke out my Lindy’s Stamp Gang Sprays.  I started the page with some molding paste in a chevron stencil, then turned the page on it’s side and sprayed the edge with water, followed by several colors of the Lindy’s.  I broke out my VERY OLD Heidi Swapp HUGE flowers from my stash and applied them with gel medium.  The centers are from last classes newsprint pages with gems and pearls around the edges.  The stems are silver foil tape, which you really can’t appreciate in the picture. I used some other stencils, some bubble wrap, and some molotow markers to fancy the page up.  One of the great things about art journaling is using your older stuff.  Can’t say I’d ever use these flowers on a scrapbook page, but I like them here on this journalling page.
