Watercolor Stamping
This card is from the lessons on Day 3 of the Online Card Class that shows how to stamp using watercolors. The background is made by putting a little versamark on a stamping block then placing watercolor around the edges of the block and stamping it on watercolor paper (at least 140 lb). Then pull it up and let dry. You can adjust and add color in areas that aren’t dark enough. The stamp is colored using Distress Markers and spritzed with water. The sentiment is from Our Daily Bread and embossed with gold. While you can’t see it in the picture (again, still learning this darn Mac), it does show up IRL. The card background is the crackle stamp from Impression Obsession. Cardstock is My Favorite Things.
