The House That Stamps Built; Designer Choice Challenge
It’s the second Wednesday of November which means it’s time for a Designers Choice Challenge at The House That Stamp Built! Today, Cheri is hosting our challenge and she has chosen “Being Thankful” a perfect sentiment as we fast approach the Thanksgiving holiday here in the US!
As with our other challenges, we are offering a $25.00 gift certificate to the Repeat Impressions store for our random winner. Don’t forget, if you use a RI stamp, you get an extra entry! You have until Tuesday, November 15th to enter.
For my “Being Thankful” card I began by stamping “Falling Leaves #3306-I” as a background. I then stamped the “Vertical Positive Foliage #6002-M” and gold heat embossed then stamped it again popping up selected images for added dimension. My sentiment is the classic “Thanksgiving Blessings #3214-G” which I also gold embossed. I scattered Stampendous Embossed Enamel in Ochre & Gold all over the edge and finished off with the new Nuvo Crystal Drops.
Thanks Cheri for this weeks “Being Thankful” theme. This is my favorite time of the year and I really enjoyed reflecting on the memories of family and thankfulness as we move through this holiday season.
Please show us your cards at The House that Stamps Built. Happy Wednesday!
