The House That Stamps Built: Photo Inspiration

It’s the third Wednesday of the Month and time for The House That Stamps Built photo inspiration challenge.  For October, the team has chosen a nighttime scene featuring pumpkins and black cats.

As with all our challenges, let the photo be your guide and use your creativity to inspire you.  You have until Tuesday, October 26th to enter for a chance to win a $25.00 gift certificate at Repeat Impressions.  If you use a Repeat Impressions stamp, you’ll get an extra entry!

Here’s the inspiration chosen by our Rock Stars:

I began the card by using a homemade circle stencil out of heavy plastic to create a moon with Mustard Seed and Wild Honey Distress Inks. I then covered that moon with a mask and inked the rest of my background with Wilted Violet, Seedless Preserves, Dusty Concord Framed Burlap, and Peeled Paint. I then stamped all my Repeat Impressions images on Plate 2300 and Apple Basket 512-H on Canson’s Mixed Media paper so I could add Zig Clean Clear Color Brush Markers. After fussy cutting all the images I arranged them on the card front.

Come join us at The House That Stamps Built, you may be our next winner! Oh, and don’t forget to get your discount code from my blogs sidebar when you shop at Repeat Impressions Stamps.
