The House That Stamps Built: Color Challenge
It’s the first Wednesday of the Month and time for The House That Stamps Built color challenge! For my card this week I used Repeat Impressions “Plate 2300” which is a collection of Halloween images. I started by creating the background by stenciling black pan pastel through the Tim Holtz web stencil. I then stamped the Repeat Impression bats and spider webs on a blue panel. My sentiment is also from the Halloween Plate 2300.
