The House That Stamps Built; Frames: Rectangle & Marquee

Hello stamping friends.  Repeat Impressions announces yet another new release called, “Frames: Rectangle & Marquee.”   Instead of a traditional “blog hop,”  The House that Stamps Built blog in collaboration with the Repeat Impressions Rock Stars have made some beautiful samples for your enjoyment beginning Thursday June 16th thru Sunday, June 19th to showcase the new stamps on the blog each day.

All the images are available as wood mount stamps or as plain, unmounted rubber individually.  If you prefer, the complete series is available as a plain unmounted sheet of rubber so that you can get ALL 8 stamps in this series at a huge savings.

To enjoy the samples created by the Rock Stars, please visit The House That Stamps Built blog each day beginning Thursday, June 16th thru Sunday, June 19th.  Leave your comments to be entered into a drawing to win an unmounted sheet of RI’s Frames. To qualify for this free giveaway your comments must be left no later than 5pm eastern time on Sunday, June 19th  On Monday, June 20th Wendy will announce the winner on Repeat’s Facebook page so be sure to “Like” and follow them there if you don’t already.

Here’s my card using Repeat Impressions Frames 10401 as well as the Flip Fancy Die Set. I also used the handy vertical Happy Birthday stamp 6104-J  on my card.  The technique is simply spray ink over a stencil on a old book page. Nothing fancy.  I then ran some of the book paper through an embossing folder, used the RI Flip Fancy Die Set to pop up those layers.

My other card was made using the new “Frames 10404″ stamped in a pattern using Hero Arts Shadow Inks in Pool, Tide Pool, Mint Juliep, and Lemon Yellow.  I stamped the “You” plate 10100 for my sentiment and called it a card.
