Technique Junkies – More June Release Fun
I used the “Pasted Resist” technique from the Sensational Stencils CD. I began by stamping the image with Archival Ink then topped with translucent embossing paste. Once dry, I inked over the image and paste with distress inks and framed it with gold foil tape.
I think the next time I do this I will mask off the seahorse so that image stands out more. But inky play is all about having fun and learning, right? You could either use liquid frisket, rubber cement, or a paper mask though I’d lean toward the liquid frisket.
If you haven’t yet checked out the June release stamps, come on over to the new Technique Junkies store. In addition to stamps, Pat has added lots of other mediums, stencils, and other inky goodness. See you there!
